Summary

Breeze TV Remote ("Breeze") collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Breeze has no server component: it communicates only with the television on your own local network. Nothing you do in the app is transmitted to Dollar Digital, LLC or to anyone else.

This policy explains how the Breeze TV Remote app, on iPhone, iPad and Android, published by Dollar Digital, LLC ("Dollar Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized in California, handles information. It supplements our website Privacy Policy, which covers the dollardigital.us site.

Information we collect

None. Breeze collects no personal information, no usage data, and no diagnostic data. We receive nothing when you use the app.

Information stored on your device

So that Breeze can act as a remote, the app saves the following using your device's standard local storage. This information stays on your device, is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and is removed when you delete the app:

• The network address and name of each television you add
• The pairing token your television issues when you authorize the app
• Which of your saved televisions is currently selected

Local network access

Breeze asks your permission to access the local network. This is used for one purpose: to find televisions on your Wi-Fi network and send remote-control commands to them. Breeze does not catalogue, store, or report any other device on your network, and no information about your network is transmitted anywhere. Without this permission the app cannot find or control your television.

Third parties

Breeze contains no third-party software development kits, advertising libraries, or analytics services. No information is shared with anyone, because none is collected.

Children's privacy

Breeze is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
