Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the dollardigital.us website (the "Site"), operated by Dollar Digital, LLC ("Dollar Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized in California. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site describes Dollar Digital's software products. Individual Dollar Digital apps distributed through app stores or business marketplaces (such as Salesforce AppExchange, the Zoom App Marketplace, or a mobile app store) are separate products governed by their own terms and end-user license agreements presented at installation, in addition to these Terms where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content from the Site in a way that misrepresents its source; or
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, logos, and design are owned by Dollar Digital, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dollar Digital, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
